Pricing

My work is often set at a fixed rate, but some work will be charged on an hourly rate. You can see my clear and transparent pricing below:

Hourly Rate



First hour - £60 

or up to 30 minutes - £40



Subsequent hours - £35

Gutter cleaning - £90 - £120 depending on the size of property.

In some cases, jobs can be quoted over the phone.

The first hour (or half hour) is charged at a higher rate than subsequent hours to take into account the costs/time involved in travelling to your property to do the work, time spent loading of tools, and sourcing materials.

These prices are for labour only and do not include material costs.
