My work is often set at a fixed rate, but some work will be charged on an hourly or daily rate. You can see my clear and transparent pricing below:

Hourly Rate



First hour - £60

Subsequent hours - £30

Half Day - £140

Day Rate - £250

Gutter cleaning - £90 - £120 depending on the size of property.

In many cases, jobs can be quoted over the phone or video chat.

These prices are for labour only and do not include material costs.
